Shipping (free for orders of £100 or more)

Orders will be dispatched within three working days using Royal Mail. For orders up to the value of £50 you have the option to choose first or second class signed for. For orders over the value of £50 your item will be sent Royal Mail special delivery.

Shipping charges will be added at the checkout. Shipping is free for orders of £100 or more.

Last minute gift? Please contact me and I will try and accommodate a fast dispatch if possible.

Gift wrapping

All items are sent gift wrapped in recyclable/reusable packaging, with your own silver cloth and silver care instructions.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding pierced earrings). Your refund will not include your original shipping fee.

Please contact me in the first instance if you wish to arrange a return. Returned jewellery must be unworn and in the original packaging and in resale condition. Return shipping must be arranged by and paid for by the customer.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns of personalised or bespoke items.

Due to hygiene reasons, I'm afraid I cannot accept returns of pierced earrings.
